Ensuring that every Idahoan has access to quality healthcare is not just a policy goal—it’s a moral responsibility. With healthcare access continuing to decline, particularly in rural areas, many Idahoans face significant barriers to receiving the care they need.I will not only advocate for stronger healthcare infrastructure, expanded telehealth services, and improved local healthcare facilities to bridge this growing gap but I am ready to fight for it!Every individual deserves the freedom to make informed healthcare decisions and the assurance of comprehensive, accessible care close to home.In addition, I believe we must explore all holistic avenues that support overall well-being—integrating preventive care, mental health services, community health initiatives, and wellness education. By promoting a more holistic approach to health, we can build stronger, healthier communities that thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.Expanding our mindset to prioritize affordability across the board is essential to ensuring sustainable and equitable healthcare.
We must be open to exploring unconventional yet evidence-based avenues that can help stretch our healthcare dollars and improve outcomes for patients.We need leadership looking at all aspects of healthcare such as considering alternative and complementary options—such as the responsible, evidence-based use of CBD and THC for pain management, anxiety, and other medical conditions—can provide safe, cost-effective solutions while reducing dependence on more expensive or potentially harmful treatments.
By supporting research, education, and informed policy on these holistic and alternative treatments, we can empower individuals to make choices that best suit their needs and budgets. Ultimately, embracing innovative and affordable care options helps create a more flexible, patient-centered healthcare system that promotes both wellness and financial sustainability.
EDUCATION
I recognize that investing in education is investing in our future. As our region continues to grow rapidly, our public schools are facing unprecedented strain—overcrowded classrooms, limited resources, and increasing demands on teachers and staff. Strategic action is essential to ensure that every child receives a high-quality education that prepares them for success in an ever-changing world.I will tirelessly advocate for our dedicated teachers, ensuring they have the support, respect, and resources needed to continue cultivating the next generation of leaders, innovators, and critical thinkers. This includes advocating for competitive pay, professional development opportunities, and classroom resources that empower teachers to focus on what they do best—educating our children.In addition, I support increasing funding for public schools, modernizing school facilities, and investing in early childhood education to give every child a strong start.
We must also strengthen career and technical education programs, ensuring that students who choose not to attend college still have clear, attainable pathways to good-paying jobs.
By prioritizing public education, we strengthen our communities, our economy, and the future of Idaho. Every child—regardless of ZIP code—deserves access to an excellent public education and the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Whether they’re union members, dedicated educators, law enforcement officers, or healthcare professionals, the hardworking people who form the bedrock of our communities deserve fair compensation, respect, and recognition for the essential work they do every day.
I am not only committed to advocating for higher wages but fighting for it across Idaho—wages that reflect both the rising cost of living and the immense value of our workforce. Ensuring that Idaho’s workers earn fair, livable wages that meet national standards should not be an aspiration; it should be a guarantee. No one should have to rely on excessive overtime just to make ends meet. What was once an incentive has become a necessity—and that’s unacceptable. Families deserve time together, not exhaustion from overwork.
Supporting union workers and collective bargaining rights strengthens our economy and our communities. When workers have a voice at the table, we see safer workplaces, higher productivity, stronger local economies, and greater job satisfaction.
